1/2 Red Stripe beer

1.5 oz amaretto almond liqueur

0.5 oz Bacardi 151 rum

Special instructions:
The inspiration for this drink was obviously the Irish Car Bomb. The Amaretto will do a fine job of cutting the sharp taste of the 151, and the flame will heat the beer just enough so that the drinker can take down the whole thing without having to stop because the beer is too cold. Enjoy!Pour one-half of a Red Stripe Beer into a pint glass. Pour one ounce of Amaretto into the glass with the beer. In a shot glass, first pour in the remaining half-ounce of Amaretto, followed by the Bacardi 151. Instruct the drinker to hold the shot glass against the inside of the pint glass, provide them with a lighter, or light the shot glass for them. Let it burn for about 3-5 seconds, just long enough for the blue flame to catch everyones attention, then drop the shot glass into the beer and drink till its gone!
