2 oz orange juice

1 oz Absolut Citron vodka

This recipe for an Italian Stallion was created circa 2001 by J. Steve. Mayo, with final tweeks courtesy of an Absolut representative at the Vodka-Tasting-Event in Seattle, Washington.Pour sambuca into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add Absolut Citron and orange juice, and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail/martini glass, garnish with a twist of orange peel. (To rim the glass with lemon and sugar is optional.) Serve.
