• Jack Honey Slushee
• Jack Iron strong Caribbean rum
• Bitters
• Lime Juice
• Nutmeg
• passion-fruit juice
• Water

2 oz lime juice

4 oz passion-fruit juice

6 oz Jack Iron strong Caribbean rum

8 oz water

1 dash bitters

1 pinchfresh, grated nutmeg

Special instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container. Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency. Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid. Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
