1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 oz cognac
3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
1/2 oz double cream
Special instructions:
Shake and strain into a champagne saucer. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a cherry, and serve.
