Haiku Martini
2 oz Sake
1 dash Dry Vermouth
1 Cocktail onion
Special instructions:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sake and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cocktail onion.
