Henrys Special
3 oz Champagne
1/3 oz brandy
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Special instructions:
Shake briefly with a glassful of broken ice, in a double-cocktail glass. Add champagne, and serve.
