Italian Greyhound
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Campari bitters
5 oz grapefruit juice

An extension on the Greyhound drink, popular in summer. Credit to Andrew Hildebrand, a bartender at the W hotel, San Diego.Stir the vodka and grapefruit juice together in a highball glass. Float the Campari over a barspoon onto the top, and serve.
