Maui Fizz
1 light rum
1 sugar
1/2 slice pineapple
1 egg
1/2 scoop crushed ice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Special instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into a highball glass, and serve.
