Pina Vina
3 oz medium white wine
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz pineapple
Special instructions:
Blend with a glassful of crushed ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a goblet, and garnish with a pineapple chunk and a slice of lemon.
