Pineapple Upside-Down Cake 3
1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Special instructions:
Fill a stainless steel shaker 1/2 with cubed ice. Pour all ingredients over the ice. Shake until condensation forms on shaker. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
