Scotch Bird Flyer
1 1/2 oz Scotch
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 oz Light cream
1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
1 Egg yolk
Special instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.
