The Waffler

1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 oz Oh Canada maple liqueur
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream


Special instructions:
Invented by Benjamin Lamb in honor of the Waffle Society. The drink is a favorite of friends and was developed as an ode to the legendary Waffle Wednesdays at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where it has become a fast favorite.Pour maple syrup into shot class and swirl to coat sides at least half way up. Carefully pour in Oh Canada Maple liquer. Layer the irish cream on top of the maple liquer and shoot. *if irish cream partially blends with liquer it looks like a thunderstorm in the glass* Gives a little kick with a delightful maple aftertaste that is reminiscent of vanilla ice cream.

Shot glass
