Canadian Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whisky
1 1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 dash Bitters
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Special instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
