Cognac Flip
1 3/4 oz. cognac
3/4 oz. Cream
1 Egg yolk
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Special instructions:
Shake well all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass and grate some nutmeg on top.
