Commodore Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Blended whiskey
1/4 juice of Lemon
2 dash Orange Bitters
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Special instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
