1 1/2 oz. Anejo rum
1 tsp. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dubonnet
1 twist Lemon peel
Special instructions:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Dubonnet, and vermoth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
