1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
2 oz. Scotch
3 oz. Club Soda
1 twist Lemon peel
Special instructions:
Pour the Scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
