Harlem Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 tsp. Maraschino liqueur
2 Pineapple
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Special instructions:
Shake gin, pineapple juice, and maraschino with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with pineapple chunks and serve.
