Shriner Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Brandy

1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin

2 dash Bitters

1 twist Lemon peel

1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Special instructions:
Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
