Bird in Paradise
2 oz. Gin
fill with Club Soda
1 Egg White
1 tsp. Grenadine
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Special instructions:
Combine all but Club Soda, shake well, strain over ice. Fill with club soda.
