1 tsp Campari bitters
3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
Special instructions:
Pour over rocks in highball glass. Garnish with 1/2-inch chunk of firm smoked fish on toothpick or mini-halberd.
