Cajun Water

1 1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
2 - 3 oz Champagne


Special instructions:
Pour the rum, triple sec, grenadine and bitters into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with champagne, stir and serve.
