Calypso Daiquiri
1 1/4 oz Jamaican dark rum
1/2 oz cream
2 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 banana
1 dash vanilla extract
Special instructions:
Blend ingredients in a bar blender with ice until smooth. Serve in a coupette glass.
