Coast Colada

1 oz Bacardi white rum
3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur
3 oz pina colada mix
1/3 fresh banana
1 1/2 scoops crushed ice


Special instructions:
The Coast Colada recipe was made up by John Aquino at Coast Bar and Grille, Charleston, SC where it became their signature drink, and a popular one at that.Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a hurricane glass garnished with a slice of starfruit, and serve.
