2/3 oz DeKuyper wild strawberry liqueur
1/3 oz Finlandia cranberry vodka
1/3 oz Soho lychee liqueur
1 1/3 oz apple juice
12 oz Schweppes Russian tonic water
Special instructions:
Pour DeKuyper wild strawberry liqueur, Finlandia cranberry vodka, Soho liqueur and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass. Fill with Schweppes Russian. Garnish with a stick of cucumber, a maraschino cherry, a slice of lemon and pineapple leaves.
