1 tsp white creme de cacao
1/2 tsp sweet vermouth
1/2 tsp dry vermouth
cocoa powder

Shake with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sweetened cocoa powder and garnish with a hershey's kiss.
