Banana Cookie
2 oz Bailey's Irish cream1 oz Mendis clear Coconut brandy
1 oz creme de cacao
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
Inventor: William Service Popular: Had it a 49 Grove in NYC Description: the 3 C's. Coconuty, chocolately, creamy banana cocktail. N.B. May be hard to find Mendis in stores, can subsitute it with artfical flavored coconut drink. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend and pour into glass, top with chocolate flakes.
