Beaubetween
1/2 oz peppermint schnapps1/2 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz Tequila Rose strawberry cream liqueur
Three friends invented the Beaubetween around a campfire in Northern Ontario. It was originally called Cleavage however took on its new name which is not so obvious (Beau means nice).Pour the peppermint schnapps into a shot glass. Add the creme de cacao then layer the tequila rose on top using the back of a spoon and serve.
