1 oz Stoli Persik vodka
3 oz peaches
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 - 2 oz chilled Brut Champagne

Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.
