1 1/2 oz English gin
1 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1 splash rye whiskey
5 - 6 oz orange juice

The drink gets it's name from a Canadian World War II hero. The gin represents England, the Cointreau represents France, the rye represents Canada, and the OJ represents the US. Typically, the drink is served only once a year in Canada, Veteran's Day, and only to veterans.Fill an old-fashioned glass 2/3 full with ice. Pour in the English gin and Cointreau. Put a splash of rye whiskey on top. Finish by filling the glass with orange juice.
