Brandy Manhattan

1 tsp Maraschino cherry juice
1 Maraschino cherry
2 dashes Bitters
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Brandy
1 splash Water

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Cherry juice and cherry, then bitters. Add brandy, then sweet vermouth. Add water, stir.
