Brandy Smash
2 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Club Soda
1 Maraschino cherry
4 sprig(s) Mint
1 slice Orange
1 tsp. Sugar
In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the mint sprigs lightly with the sugar and club soda. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the brandy. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
