Cabin 21
2/3 oz Wiser's Canadian whisky1/3 oz black sambuca
1 splash Tanqueray gin
The sambuca hides the initial kick of the rye but the aftertaste is something else - alot smoother then it sounds. Perfected after several weekends in Cabin 21.Pour the Wisers' Special Blend or comparable Canadian whisky. Top with preferably black sambuca. Finish with gin, and serve.
