1 1/2 tsp. Green Creme De Menthe
1 3/4 oz. Light Rum
1 twist Lemon peel
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
