Frozen Leprechaun

1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz milk
1 mint

Blend ingredients (except mint sprig) in a bar blender with ice until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with mint leaf.
