2 shots Aquavit (Norwegian)
3/4 shot fresh Lime juice
3/4 shot Orgeat syrup
1/2 Egg white
2 dashes Bitters

Shake with ice, then strain into ice filled whisky glass. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
