1/2 tsp. Anisette
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 twist Lemon peel
In an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, vermouth, and anisette. Stir well and garnish with the lemon twist.
