Over the Rainbow
2 oz spiced rum1 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
2 scoops rainbow sherbert
4 slicespeeled peaches
2 strawberries
Combine all ingredients with one cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with a strawberry and a slice of peach, and serve.
