Spencer Cocktail
3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 dash Bitters
1 Cherry
1/4 tsp. Orange Juice
twist Orange Peel
Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.
