Stella's Stinger

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 tsp Pernod licorice liqueur
1 tsp white creme de menthe

Pour tequila, Pernod and creme de menthe into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
