4 oz. Champagne
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 twist Orange
2 tsp. Sugar
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with an organce twist.
