The Italian Job

4 shots Vodka
3 oz Cointreau
5 oz Pineapple juice
Fill with Blackcurrant squash (can use orange or apple)
Top with fresh Cream (not needed)

Whisk with a fork, untill all mixed in. Add cream after mixing.
