Topher Special

1/2-1/4 oz Tang mix
3 oz Vodka
Fill with Mountain Dew

Fill bottom of glass with tang then add Vodka, Stir till most of the tang is disolved. Fill to 3/4 full with Mountain Dew, Stir again. Fill rest of way. Voilia!
