Wormwood

2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Vermouth

Pour gin over a crushed lime wedge in shaker. Swirl to leach lime oil essence. Add Vermouth and ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with leaf of wormwood (absinthe). Simply delicious!
