• pineapples
• superfine sugar

3 oz light rum

2/3 cupcrushed pineapples

1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Special instructions:
Blend with cracked ice until smooth and pour into a chilled double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
