3 slice of fresh peaches

2 oz Sagatiba Pura

3 oz orange juice

1 dash syrup

Peach flavour sparkling water

Special instructions:
Invented by Martina Foran in 2008 at the launch of Go Radio with leftover ingredients from a fruit salad. Inspired by the mixologist Johnnie K who could make the contents of any fridge into a prize winning cocktail. Muddle peaches in a mixing glass with sugar syrup, add orange juice and cachaca add ice add shake. Pour in to hurricane glass and top up with peach sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of peach.
