• Rose of the Ritz
• Champagne
• cognac
• Raspberry liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Raspberries

3 oz Champagne

1 oz cognac

1 oz raspberry liqueur

1 tsp lemon juice

15 raspberries

Special instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except champagne) well in a blender and pour into a wine glass. Add champagne, and serve.
