Rosy Martini

2 oz citrus vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
