• Lemon Juice
• Sugar Syrup

3/4 oz Gosling's black rum

1/2 oz brandy

1/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur

3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz sugar syrup

Special instructions:
Served at a bar called Nectar, in the Bellagio Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, now defunct. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a Martini glass. No garnish. Cheers! Note: Sugar syrup is a solution of sugar and water that is cooked over low heat until clear, then boiled for a minute or so. I can be made in various densities: Thin: 3 parts water to 1 part sugar. Medium: 2 parts water to 1 part sugar. Heavy: Equal parts water and sugar.
